Clint quickly pivoted from in-person, 1-1 training to help his clients stay active and healthy in the safety of their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic. After logging over 900 hours of virtual one-on-one training between March and June 2020, Clint created YouTrain to address the growing need for fast, effective fitness solutions.

Clint combines his expertise in low-impact, high-intensity strength training with his deep understanding of the benefits of yoga and Pilates for alignment and flexibility.

After more than 15 years of competitive golf and two years at the professional level, Clint turned to yoga and Pilates to treat his own repetitive strain injuries associated with golfing. He quickly went from student to teacher and now has over 14 years of experience deftly combining both yoga and Pilates for his clients’ needs.

Clint holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is certified in Kundalini yoga, Pilates, TPI golf fitness, BodyCode, and NIA - a practice that draws from dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. He continues to deepen his practice and learning at the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.

After creating a much-loved independent gym focused on personal high-intensity training and Pilates in what is now known as Retro Row in Long Beach, California, Clint moved to Manhattan to be close to his son while making the shift to expand his virtual training.
